All of the beef that we raise is born and raised directly on our farm. We are proud to offer all natural beef with no added hormones or antibiotics.
Our beef is on pasture up until the last three months of finishing, where they are given a ration of grain and hay.
Do you find the hamburger from the grocery store to be full of fat that you have to drain off or maybe even dry and tasteless? Our beef is around a 90/10…It has enough fat to add the great flavor you want, but you won’t be left with a pan full of grease.
If you want to save money we recommend buying by in bulk. You can purchase a quarter, half or whole.
Any portion includes a variety of cuts: ground, steaks, and roasts. A half beef requires approximately 8 cubic feet for storage, which is about the size of a small chest freezer. Most families with a standard chest freezer can fit a half beef plus a 1/2 pig in their freezer and be well stocked for delicious, nutritious meals all year long!
How do I get it?
We offer hamburger by the pound. This can be purchased in small or large quantities. Discounts are offered for orders over 10 lbs. We require a $100 deposit for each quarter, that will be applied to the final total. Message us for availability. You will be able to choose all of your own cuts with the processor.
